HRBP tells it is policy and set up call with employees by targeting individually and fix a date and tell to resign. She was very arrogant & care free attitude said this is instruction from HR head & just inverge to make me resign. This is not just my case she has contacted same week another collague of mine & done the same. Total planned attrition phase wise which is done by showing some false allegations on employees just for internal records to cover up attrition. Leadership team needs to protect employees.
