No promotion, no salary increments in 2+4 years, managers/TL are use less, never gives Overtime salary as promised no leaves are approved more than 2 days in a month no matter how urgent it is. Also they talk to u as a salves and if u get an opportunity to work somewhere with higher salary they will file a legal action and ask u money

I had a disappointing experience working at Cognizant as a Process Executive in the GIS field. The work environment was toxic, with a lack of professionalism among colleagues and management. Favoritism and partiality were prevalent, making it difficult to grow based on merit. The actual work time is 9 hours production & 1 hour break. It takes 12 hours production to complete everyone except any break. And also we should maintain errors.

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

No work life balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.
