Company is good but sometimes your management is frustrating. Biased to favourites. Skilll development used to happen when i joined but disappeared with time. ( earlier they used to proivde six sigma training but never after that). Its unfortunate that your manager never shows data on the basis of which you are rated. Just verbal words and assumption. If they want to fire you they will put work pressure on you and appoint their pawn around you who will point fingers on you and sometimes plays with your emotions as well. Even if you are working hard you or your team will be never recognized. Suddenly after you left / aur asked to volunterly resign by HR your team will become best team on the floor because it was then headed by the same pawn.
