The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It is good for beginners, avoid going into support project as they will make you work even on your sick days off. And HR wont help in this case either.

Work-life balance is close to non-existant. Really poor promotion cycles. No help from anyone if the project shuts down, you will have to look for another one on your own , else they will remove you. Used to pay fairly but is now as good as literally any other company like TCS, Infosys in terms of both work quality and compensation. No real way to move vertically based on merit unlike TCS.
