Good I like that there are good projects available. If you get that great you will get experience and knowledge.

Dislikes

1. Salary and hikes are low. 2. Poor employee welfare activities, once a year they take you out for team lunch. If you missed then nothing, no gifts, abs nothing, saving so much money but gives back nothing.

Cognizant has hybrid work model, which is good for employees.

Dislikes

Cognizant bench policy is bad, they give less days to get yourself into a project. Also salary hike is low.

What's there not to dislike. Biggest issue is that there's no HR to raise ur concerns to. All they have is a portal and that too just for show.

It may vary project to project and management to management. My previous project experience is very bad due to the management only. My current project , client and management is quite good.

Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. They treat us like we are some garbage and they quickly want to throw us in some garbage pot. These service desk project team leads are uneducated, don’t know how hiring happens. Nothing I liked. One of the torcher organisation. Making people to commit Suicide with their behaviour. No support from anyone.

One of the worst organisation I have worked in my entire life. With no good faculty no work support. Making human torcher with their work. Mis-using of all leads. There is no person who is ready to listen to agents. If we do anything or not it's completely comes under our fault. If you don't know anything if you ask its your fault.
