Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. Its not a great place to work after Francis left from Organization. Work life imbalance, hike and promotion are very worst. Leadership wont follow HR policy like transfer, incentives etc. Where employee will claims money for their official work.
