Its completely dependent on the Manager you are reporting to, but ideally the evironment is not great. The senior managment doesn't know how to lead by example. They are trying to enfore work, they are in frenzy

Senior management isn't great. They are just reacting to different situations, but ideally no proper governance.

Here job security is less & those people who were in bench were high chances of layoffs as they don’t get any project.

Dislikes

Few members of the global large deals team are worse. Priya raghav and Ashwini rathore doesn't know how to talk to people. Ashwini even talked about my family very rudely. I would suggest don't join cognizant. Even if you join, don't join the global large deals team. Your life will be miserable.

It is like any other top MNC culture wise but the management is chaotic especially in the project i am working. There are too many people following up on work and too less people handling the work
