Never ever join cognizant those who have had technical skills, dreams to thrive in career also have family responsibilities as Cognizant job security is Zero. Projects are surrendered and handled by incapable management. Anytime one can be off boarded from project even though performing well.

But if you give more importance to mental health than salary don't join this company. You are literally a slave of the client and no body will speak for you.. and if your too lucky to get a client like Novartis(pharmaceutical company) and especially get into celonis tool project then you can say bye bye to your mental health and just hug the salary you get and stay. Working hard is not the issue but the politics they play and the slavery you guys will experience is more than what was done in the colonization period. To begin with, there is 10 hours shift wherein in the offer 9 hours is mentioned. Without proper training, they expect a new joiner to learn every single thing. Loads of politics and backstabbing from the management. No work transparency No support for the new joiners, they have to figure out everything on their own.. especially when you relocate
