Not Conducting effective validation on Managers who are responsible for many resources to move out of Cognizant. Employee survey are taken regularly, but never got a response even when a feedback is posted in the notes.

I heared the attrition rate is high in Cognizant, not sure if its true. Why people leave Cognizant? let the people think. I have spent the wonderful time in Cognizant. Thanks for removing the freshers tag. Its true employees dont leave there Company, they leave the Company because of management. I will love to be part of Cognizant again and get the old memories.

Cognizant Work life Experiences is flexible they don't care how many hours you are sitting in front of the laptop they just want the employees to finish their work in the given time period. manager was friendly and support us.

The only think which i don't like is they don't give you the appreciation you deserved and also feel there was some partiality.

Overall it was good experience as Cognizant Employee.

Cognizant is good But the process in which i was working was not so Good, in terms of Management peoples. They always gives you feel that, they wont require you. No value . This all about Process Management . Due to some wrong management decisions my process gets end . I was moved on bench . My 4 and half years of exp in cognizant was on Salesforce Admin . Cognizant have Salesforce admin opening , they have salesforce testing openings and other salesforce opening but still they did not move us to those processes, instead they are offering back office , call centers opening and on top of that they are offering those for out of town opportunities. So in short they want us to search for another job. I personally wanted to be in Cognizant but due to above treatment i leave Cognizant . Even i was selected for Salesforce Tester position in cognizant , I and my Manager got an conformation email about that selection, but at end due to no reason they have canceled my selection .
