No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

What's there not to dislike. Biggest issue is that there's no HR to raise ur concerns to. All they have is a portal and that too just for show.

Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. They treat us like we are some garbage and they quickly want to throw us in some garbage pot. These service desk project team leads are uneducated, don’t know how hiring happens. Never ever join cognizant those who have had technical skills, dreams to thrive in career also have family responsibilities as Cognizant job security is Zero. Projects are surrendered and handled by incapable management. Anytime one can be off boarded from project even though performing well.

Have no good project. And they throw you off after bench period. All they have is some service desk project which even 12th standard can do. Also work is more hours and you get only 5 hours to sleep.

Job security is good here. Your process gets change only if you are unable to perform well in any manager expectations. Skill development totally depends on the team leader but I'm sure everyone can show off or polish their skills here.

No work life balance. HR is so rude when you asks for work from home in serious situation. Salary is too less for the work. Promotions are fixed even if you perform better you only get promoted after a certain time that also depend on your team lead likings.
