Specially for Kolkata Cts: Entire year they will mentally torture you to work more than 11 hrs by threatening of Ratings.When you ask for cab they will give you silly reason to not take cab. At the time of Appraisal month they will islolate you like you are from some other place. Suppose you are lucky enough to get a human being(very unlikely in Cts) who gave you average rating ,then his/ her manager will come into picture and suddenly before the date of release of rating , your supervisor will change and he will degrade your rating to lowest that is no increment citing some weird reason.So that you get stuck and his favourites will get promotion and onsite. HR is a puppet of Managers , even if you ask anything , manager will come to know , next day he will enquire with you why did you went to HR. Company policies are joke , HR says ask your manager for promotion policy and manager says ask HR. You will feel like you are in Govt bank office moving from one counter to another. Learn the local language because English is secondary here they send jokes to important information in local language, and meetings are in local language only even if you ask your query in English. For Certifications Managers will distribute coupon secretly to favourates or lickers who doesn't want to do that and at end it expires.
