While in working with Cognizant you have to forget your work life balance because you will be forced to worked more than 10 11 hours daily and If you don't, threat of laying off will be given to you through your TL and managers

10 hours working policy. No team outing no goodies. No extra bonus for extra task. Very low percentage of hike in appraisal. No fun events. Not much salary offering comparing the market.
