I have had the opportunity to work with clients, and I appreciate the client positive environment. which makes the work experience enjoyable. However, I feel that there isn’t anything particularly unique about the company itself.

I appreciate my time at the company and the collaborative environment we have. However, I would like to express that the lack of promotions and salary increases has been a concern for me. It can be discouraging when hard work doesn't seem to be recognized through career advancement or financial rewards. There is a lack of work-life balance, a poor work culture, and ineffective leadership management. While some managers are supportive, others practice excessive micromanagement. Leave approvals are rarely granted, and the work environment is highly demanding. Being on the bench puts you in the red zone, whereas being in a project offers job security.

I had a disappointing experience working at Cognizant as a Process Executive in the GIS field. The work environment was toxic, with a lack of professionalism among colleagues and management. Favoritism and partiality were prevalent, making it difficult to grow based on merit. Work-life balance was poor, as excessive pressure and unrealistic expectations left me with little time after work. The overall culture did not foster a supportive or motivating atmosphere. Cognizant is more concentrated what I thought prior to my joining, it's really having a very good culture and work environment for fresher and lateral resources. In terms of career growth it is the ultimate organisation to look forward for an SAP employee specifically. Also it is having some good projects to work on. Leadership matters the most. If you are under right leader you will have proper growth. You will have flexibility to work.

Dislikes

Organization still blindly believing some unskilled leaders. Noone seems to cross questioning on their capacity. Mostly onshore team members rushes behind taking someone's credit on their name. There are many positions where unskilled people are present which will let you work without playing politics.

For me provide learning and development opportunities such as certification vouchers from various companies.

Dislikes

For me not giving salary hike as per my payable work for last 3 years but it depends on projects to projects and manager's not a company issue.
