There is nothing in this company, you will find yourself in loop where you see no improvements in you. Biased people around and obviously it depends on projects but manager was horrible and so irritating. I hope you all don’t join this company if you are seeking good future. NEVER JOIN, I REPEAT.

Work culture is good in AI and Analytics team. Lot of opportuinity to learn and grow ,work life balance variea from project to project but in AIA its mostly good in majprity of projects.

Transportation from cognizant dosent covers whole bangalore its a big problem if your are bangalore south travelling to Manyata is a big problem in pkst covid traffic. Perks provided are not adequate cognizant still uses very old parameters to.calculate daily allowances if you work from client office what they offsr niether covers fuel nor food expense.

It is good for beginners, avoid going into support project as they will make you work even on your sick days off. And HR wont help in this case either.

Work-life balance is close to non-existant. Really poor promotion cycles. No help from anyone if the project shuts down, you will have to look for another one on your own , else they will remove you. Used to pay fairly but is now as good as literally any other company like TCS, Infosys in terms of both work quality and compensation. No real way to move vertically based on merit unlike TCS.

Seniors and team leader are very toxic. Seniors scold very badly to freshers even if you don't small mistake. They will call you anytime other than shift timings for their convenience. They are pressuring to complete your work before the shift timings. There is no work life balance
