Cognizant is a good company to work with provided you are mapped to a good project, otherwise it is not easy to shuffle within the company later. Enjoy!!

There should be some good mechanism to evaluate associates performance who are working with different teams and mapped to different projects sometimes with onsite team and client site also, all in all I could say they need to improve there way of communication with associates and bring some more clarity.

1.Overall Job security was OK but No job security due to COVID. Team connects with HR and higher management which happen quarterly are not that useful.Onsite opportunities given to same individuals repeatedly. 2.Appraisals are given on the basis of bell curve and your hard work can be ignored at times. 2.Work-life balance is good but again it depends on team. 4.You have to complete 9 hours daily in office irrespective of productivity, only good thing is timings are flexible....Read More

One of the best reputed MNC I worked for. Policies are really good. Very well organised. Work life balance is also good. Most of its clients are foreign clients. So if performed really well then chances of global deputation is also increases. Overall best service company which I also miss.
