Disguisting Company,,,,They are doing scam and ruining young people career. They will hire you as Developer or for some good role and after joining there they throws in their CIS infrastructure Support roles. And if you deny to work they threaten to next level and ask to resign. There are many people who got kicked off ,there's no work ethitcs in this company. Extremely worst

Lots of time in processes getting access, permissions from seniors, time consuming things, You will be on bench for lot of time, Projects are not allocated to freshers easily, Interns have to wait for months to join as Full Time Employee

Only 3-4% hike, they hire more people then they require, then they will put pressure on you to find project internally (I think it should be employer's job to assign work), and will give a time limit to get project or will pressure you to resign. They should not hire so many people if they don't have work for them.

Most of the companies are focusing on their profits in IT and that's what happens with cognizant. They take care of no one over their profits. Company were not making any difference in freshers or an experience professional when. They have to terminate the employee.

Dislikes

Terminating employees without giving adequate chances at the start of their career is not a good thing. They didn't give much opportunity to prove the freshers at the start.
