Pathetic company. Will surely ruins around 25% of employees carrier. No good project. Useless HR. No communication channel. Role of hr is dead in the company.

Dislikes

Please avoid joining cognizant at all costs. If you don't have any option other than cognizant then only join this organisation but I still warn you.

This is my first company so I learnt how to work in IT and how to handle client and work with team .Also in my project there are lot of abroad opportunities.

Dislikes

It is very difficult to get leaves if you are a part of project .Moreover no compensations are given even if there is a weekend support.
