i like nothing The company don't give projects to work on & then they just layoff people for no reason

disliked everything first they will just allocate you to the support projects which is good as a fresher you learn & everything but they don't even provide your work & you just have to sit & wait for a billable project then they will put you on bench & HR will call you ask you to resign & layoff you for no reason even my manager said we don't have any projects For right now then why do you hire peoeple..!!!...Read More

Management and promotions are based on favaourism and very poor in salary hike and mainly without discussion with employees management gives us performance rating and apart from work there is no other activity today like no outings team lunch and other fun activities

Some of the projects in cts have less salary but work pressure.. need to give proper ctc for every project .

Cognizant gives more opportunities to freshers.

The actual work time is 9 hours production & 1 hour break. It takes 12 hours production to complete everyone except any break. And also we should maintain errors.
