company provide best work place and talk about process. Company have many process but as per my experience oyo process work place awesome.

Dislikes

As per my experience nothing to dislike but it's salary issue . Company doesn't pay expectation salary . May be company follow an script base salary and also introduce same thing with every person

It is a good place to work. Good working environment. Support staff is also good, and Helpful. There are also overtime benefits. Freshers can start there career with cogent.

Dislikes

There's no such reason to dislike cogent company because it gives a lesson to grow in any field so I worked and learned many things with cogent.
