Likes

Work from home, no minimum logging time compulsion but that too can't be said for all the projects.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Job insecurity, top management doesn't work on feedback from employee at lower ladder, lot of things happen just for formality, extremely poor leadership from top management, policies are poorly defined, lot of things work on ad hoc basis.
