At Capgemini, work life balance is good as company culture is ok ok. Initial salary will be good but appraisal and promotions are like nothing. Most leaders are arrogant and sometimes they threat for PIP. So overall experience is average.

I don't know about other projects, WBD is one of the old client they have, but if you ask employees in particular Apac shift, it's worst working here, the manager, senior manager and so called team lead are really worst, they have crossed the limit of micromanaging, won't allow for sick leave, not even proper KT, without that they ask you to work for more than 15hr, just you have to count your days and wait for right time, take the experience and go for another job. Because that's what other people did and moved to another job minimum within 6month of their job. They do value work life balance and DEI

Dislikes

The industry teams are mismanaged and promote a very hostile work culture. The leaders need some sensitivity and psychological safety training. Hikes and promotions are non-existent. Work is not rewarding - either from a learning or recognition standpoint.

Getting your invoices cleared is a headache even though they are in company policy. Work culture is shit, we get managers email to work on weekends to complete trainings. Unresponsive managers for your concerns. Just a body shop company, nothing beyond it.
