Just cafeteria is good. Capgemini is very reputable company in cat A. I had a dream to work in mnc company.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. These are the worst people in the bpo industry in Kolkata. They always provide chance whoever favourite to them. Or you must know how do "talwe chatna ". I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Toxic nature. In my I don't have any projects my supervisor assigned me though tasks ( Full app, application, chat bot dataverse tables etc) I have only 1.5 years of experience only I said but he doesn't leason to me and given to months time only for complete it. At least lost my job.

HR is not responsive .They dont reply mails .Dont join any Gurugaon based project .they will Harras you like anything .they will make your life hell .if they will not increment is fine but atleast don't torture people . Some managers like Abhishek Jain , Gunjan Chopra they will hound you like anything.They force you to leave the job .

There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.
