Most of the project are support based and very less development. Project continue for long.

Dislikes

If you are in bench most probably after 2 months you will be thrown out if you do not get into some projects. Almost same in every service company.

Currently working on IC where I am reporting to the client directly. I don't have to report to anyone in CG (that's the best part). Well this comes with some consequences like no salary hike no promotions.

There is no respect or recognition for the work I have been doing for last several years.

You can grow here. Professionally and personally as well. Trainings are ample and opportunities are plenty.

Dislikes

Appraisals and promotions are very poor here. Just the client appreciation is not enough, employees have to take minimum hours worth of trainings, take up interviews with a minimum limit per year. These things become difficult when employees are working on client network.

Company provides you an option to switch to a different project if you have completed 1.5 years in current project.So you are not stuck in a project you are unhappy with.

RMG the worst team ,actually responsible for assigning an employee to a project, but will try to assign a java developer to a salesforce even though you have cleared java project interview.
