For simple things they simply terminate an employee they didn't even give one single chance to prove, they don't care about their employees (who worked hard for the company growth)future simply terminate. And on yip of it there were no hikes.

Despite my hard work and dedication, I faced termination due to a past employment issue. I was transparent about it, took responsibility, and requested a regular relieving and experience letter, but the company still marked my exit as “Termination,” which felt unfair. Good place to start your career. Work life balance and learning is good. If you got a good team to work with it will be an excellent journey.

Dislikes

Management is not that good. You may face many challenges to execute a small thing. Hike/increment doesn't happen based on what you do instead your manager likes you or not.

The industry teams are mismanaged and promote a very hostile work culture. The leaders need some sensitivity and psychological safety training. Hikes and promotions are non-existent. Work is not rewarding - either from a learning or recognition standpoint.

There is no likeness about the team which I work with, all are want to be wannabe in team ,specially senior consultant who don't know anything but have great knowledge in playing politics and he is total failure for the position he is in.

Capgemini doesn't have dislikes as such but the project I work with is totally handle by wacky management they don't want you to grow they only want them to grow, total bulls**t
