Working environment for women is too good

Will not get expected increment and promotion on time. And don’t like the bench policy for freshers. Also I don’t like the domain rule we need At least flexibility so we can grow up based on our skill we can switch the domain but capgemini not support that

One of the best organizations who most of the focus is on Employees learning and development.

Promotion/ appraisal cycle not good enough didn't check employee's dedication and hardwork properly.

The company was good but the project assigned to didn't bothered of giving appreciation to employe for doing great /good work. The appreciation and benefits were given to only the one those who never worled.

Good company, lucky if you get into a good project.

Dislikes

Horrible management, stressful work hours, no compromise on wfo, they blackmail you when you don't go to office saying they might terminate you. Many freshers resources are on bench without gaining any professional experience from months to 2 years and hence it becomes difficult for personal career growth.

They are not giving much hike....i got only 996 in 2 years!can you believe. And also in navratri they raise cost of food items . I found this very heartbroking.as they are not raising our salary but they are incresasing for food items

Great platform to develop our skills and learn new skills. Lots of opportunities to prove ourselves in both Project level and Organization level. Work and efforts never go unrecognised.

There is no work life balance during project, also no appraisal. People are working more than shift time and getting disappointed. People with less knowledge is having more salary. Don't know how they are managing company culture.
