Management is full of self righteous low iq people. Absolute zero hikes and no promotions. Abysmal salary and on top of that management wants everybody to work from office for 9 hours and then work from home for another 3 hours. The India CEO statement of 9.5 hours is absolutely false.

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Current project has terrible micromanagement. The manager puts extreme workload and target team member purposely for her choice. She forces few people to come to office at her choice of days and makes it compulsion

Everything. In 3 years not even a single rupee hike. Managers expect to take all kinds of responsibilities. They even put us in the project where we completely do not know about the skills and force us to learn and deploy with in 2 weeks

It's a funding indian Elections and AI. You told me to go for vacations and you terminate me. Even you didn't provide me 1 month leaves that was accumulate by me for last 3-4 years. Pandit, Muslim and Lower caste is a combination which used to make business down and you can see the share market. That's why we facing riot's these days.

Company has a political inclinations towards a certain political party i.e. Congress lead front. Company has huge management cost which should be reduced. It's a Non Indian Multinational company which a threat to security. You is supporting to certain caste. Too much women friendly and too much muslim friendly. You are not focus on your employees. You are helping other companies.

Company conduct multiple learning and certifications programs which will help you grow in industry. But the salary hike is worst.

Dislikes

Policies are applicable to specific employees. If you are manager's favourite then no policies are applicable. Worst salary hike. Work satisfaction depends upon client.

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.
