Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.

Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want

No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Knowledge is valued, respect is not there and work culture like labour class, don't expect any help from HR or management if you are 100% true and product live as well, if your manager is toxic and untruth then also manager's untruth will be supported.

Currently I'm working on my third project at Capgemini, and what I appreciate the most is supportive environment. My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. The exposure to diverse projects and technologies has beed invaluable in shaping my automaiton testing skills

one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies. Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics
