Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want
No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here

Currently I'm working on my third project at Capgemini, and what I appreciate the most is supportive environment. My manager and team are always encouraging, making it easy to collabourate, learn and grow. The exposure to diverse projects and technologies has beed invaluable in shaping my automaiton testing skills
one of the biggest challenges has been the salary hikes and promotions cycle, especially for freshers. the increments are quite low, and carrer progression feels slow due to a lack of transparency in the promotion process. Despite receiving strong performance ratings from manager(2 which is very good), HR often downgrade it to 3(average) citing arbitary reasons such as incomplete training modules or remote work policies. HR is not responsive .They dont reply mails .Dont join any Gurugaon based project .they will Harras you like anything .they will make your life hell .if they will not increment is fine but atleast don't torture people . Some managers like Abhishek Jain , Gunjan Chopra they will hound you like anything.They force you to leave the job .

It offers good work life balance but it depends on the project. If you are into support, you will have lot of time to upskill and switch.
Management sucks. But it depends on the project. I had 3 years of good management where promotions and appreciation were on par but when a new manager joined, the project turned upside down, no hike, no promotions, no appreciations, they dont value us and puppet of higher management.

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.
I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG
