I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at capgemini. The work environment is far from ideal, and the company’s HR policies are downright awful. There are no timely increments, no proper off days, and no holidays to speak of. There are no bonus offered, making it feel like the hardwork is not recognized or rewarded. One will get various chances to develop one's skills, and the job is secure; it's guaranteed that they don't fire anybody. Because there is no need to fire the lowest-paid labour.

Dislikes

Don't expect any promotion or appraisal even if you did a great job on the whole. If you will ask, they will say that you're already overpaid. If you manage to get the salary you want in starting, then after 5 years, you can expect a 10% hike in your salary.

Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics

Company culture is again dependent on the type of work and the nature of people we work with. Overall my experience at Capgemini was good, but fewer opportunities to explore employees interests.
