I am working at Capgemini for past 1 year and undergone lot of pressure due to that I wasn't able to take care of my family. I was into complete stress, working day and logged off by 2am. Manager never supported the resources and nobody was there to voice out our concerns. Finally my appraisal was rated as poor performer, after giving all my sweat. I am asked to take BOTP training for 3 months and if I clear it, I can stay here. I see many good performers are given bad rating as we don't have any go to person. Work culture in client office is good

Capgemini management is worst, they will not respond either in teams or mail, simply seen and ignore no reply etc... In 3 years only one time team outing happened.

People management is worst here. They don’t have any knowledge and sitting there for 15-20 years doing nothing except troubling other folks. They threaten people to put on bench or to give PIP or to extend their last working day or provide feedback which will ruin their career. HR does not exist . Management is useless. Lot of work pressure. No work life balance .

Here is lots of politics.no work balance, managers from Bangalore and Hyderabad are very rude and distructive in mindset.losts of harassment is here with female and gents employee. Ask for extra work out of shift.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

No proper management, HRs are toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

Everyone that is not on a higher post is good but the top management is very bad.

There is no communication between the top management. Nobody wants to take any ownership. Incase you need anything from them they just keep redirecting from one person to another until you give up.

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.

I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG
