Work life balance and company culture are notional things. If we feel uncomfortable, we assume company culture is not good and if we are pressurised, we feel no work life balance. But all these feelings depend on the project and your management!! Salary hike is less. Worst HR managers. They are best fit to vegetable markets for worst bargaining. They even threaten you that you may loose offer of you negotiate for more pay. End of the day candidate takes the offer and leaves the company early.
