Not a company to stay for long as salary increments are peanuts. Inflation is at a higher rate than than your annual increments. I have been a good performer since joining the company, but for the past 2 years i have had 0% rise in my salary. Policies change like months in calendar, all policies are pro company. They always take a bite on your variable compensation and this time around they changed the financial calendar and ate away 3 months of arrears and immediately sent an email stating the company is making profits considerably in the first quarter to rub salt on your wound. I guess that's how they are coming up with new buildings and premises....Read More

Their Reduction is resources at Senior Level just to get the Bell Curve is like making the experience resources who have worked for years without job security and livelihood and trying to attain more profits by recruiting more of freshers.. to do the work. Also there is no / negligible increment every year.
