Capgemini was my first company. It turned my life upside down. They forced me to resign because I was unable to relocate due to personal reasons. I requested their help and told them my story, but they still didn't care. I don't deserve to be resigned. I worked hard and honestly there and still had to face this. In 1.9 years, I did not get a single project to work on in Hyderabad, even though I had the skills. My only request is, please don't do this to freshers. Managers and above management have No emotions for A B C grade employees , they will just force you to work and only work , they want their work on time , no any benefits , no hikes , even no one cares about your skill , here they will just replace you by fresher recuitment .

No promotion or hike, useless mandatory trainings with longest hours sometimes even more than your deliverables, They ask to come to office but have no parking space so you will have to park your vehicle almost over 1km and walk from there, most expensive cafes where even shevpuri costs 40rs, no good food options, they force to learn new things but don't give any chance to actually implement those even after asking for years. No salary appraisal I have worked almost 2+ years. Don't Even get a single rs hike in my salary. It is the same form where i started. I also met with people who worked here from almost year and their story is also the same

There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

As I heard about it, nothing I see at ground label. I only raise my voice about unprofessional talk of my team lead and request to assign any other team on top of that they put on my resignation very unprofessional
