I expected 10 years with Capgemini 4 times I got 0% annual appraisal not only me many people they didn't get any appraisal, 4 times I got highest rating but appraisal % like 3%, 4%, 2.19% like that. I advise please don't join Capgemini for Non IT (BPO).

HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not. I don't know about other projects, WBD is one of the old client they have, but if you ask employees in particular Apac shift, it's worst working here, the manager, senior manager and so called team lead are really worst, they have crossed the limit of micromanaging, won't allow for sick leave, not even proper KT, without that they ask you to work for more than 15hr, just you have to count your days and wait for right time, take the experience and go for another job. Because that's what other people did and moved to another job minimum within 6month of their job. The work timing are so flexible, atleast in my project. The client side technical team are so supportive and encourages to learn new technologies and gives a chance to implement in the project.
They ask us to come to office 3 days a week but you cannot visit the nearest office though you don't have a team to collaborate in the specified location they ask you to visit that office which is not even necessary atleast to complete the 3 days/week policy they can allow us to visit the nearest office.
