I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.
I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG

HR professionals do not join Capgemini. The worst thing is the company culture, If you have enough butter and oil then an individual can grow here. No upskilling and opportunities in IJP. The HR doesn't share full HR Policy about benefits and appraisal and HR manual to employees. Annual increment depends on manager biased. The worst part is 90 days notice period without any buyout option. The company interview is full of drama and they'll put you in a servicedesk job and make your job profile worst everyday. Managers are not knowledgeable about process and procedures they hire wrong professional for the wrong position. I expected 10 years with Capgemini 4 times I got 0% annual appraisal not only me many people they didn't get any appraisal, 4 times I got highest rating but appraisal % like 3%, 4%, 2.19% like that. I advise please don't join Capgemini for Non IT (BPO).

HR policies too worsts, I have cleared the technical rounds and not released offer letter. HR reply is previous company which worked 10 yrs back not functions now its in default list. How come employee responsible if any companies closed. If Capgemini also not functioning after some period of time, want to blame employees? I have all the documents and worked genuinely for all companies and requested to HR to check that period of time companies functioning or not.
