There is nothing to like
HR is not responsive .They dont reply mails .Dont join any Gurugaon based project .they will Harras you like anything .they will make your life hell .if they will not increment is fine but atleast don't torture people . Some managers like Abhishek Jain , Gunjan Chopra they will hound you like anything.They force you to leave the job .

Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics
