Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma.
