Not a single thing. The process is very slow. HR interaction is not prompt. Hiring process is the worst. They will keep.you waiting as if you are begging for a job. Thirdclass company and low standard HRs. Very disappointing experience. Won't suggest to join this.

No appraisal for 1st 2 years. If you are working with your lead, manager but the third person who don't even know you is responsible for performance rating. No growth. No satisfaction. Work stress and lot of mandatory learnings

Job Security is a real plus. Wor life balance is good but may varry from project to project.
Appraisals and promotions are a big no to you unless you get in to a billable role which is entirely not your job role as a developer. I have been on bench for 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Job Security, only to a certain extent. You're forced to resign if you are on bench for longer than a month or two.
Appraisals and Promotions are not at all discussed. We have a annual discussion with the manager, who has nothing to do with the appraisal. The person who is responsible for your appraisal or promotion has zero idea of your work and contributions.

Worst company, too much internal politics, work gets assigned randomly and not based on your skills, no training provided related to work, even when on bench not much training or any interview opportunity provided.Even after working for day and night in a project , finally they will make you resign. Higher management is very friendly Ethical behaviour in organisation No one tries to force you do something which is not under your scope(other than your project work) Location chnage is possible Hybrid work mode is also very flexible(for experienced resource) For freshers it's mandatory WFO You will get nice CTC while joining as an experienced resource. No dress code you can come as you want
No salary hikes but you get promotion 😂(so the CTC you joined should should be high and capgemini give high package while joining as an experienced resource, so won't be any increments further) No bonus Other than this nothing much I observed bad here
