No appraisal for 1st 2 years. If you are working with your lead, manager but the third person who don't even know you is responsible for performance rating. No growth. No satisfaction. Work stress and lot of mandatory learnings

Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

For fresher there is very less increament, No bonus No gifts for dewali like festival as we are labour compalsary these things. But overall it's good

Appraisals and promotions are a big no to you unless you get in to a billable role which is entirely not your job role as a developer. I have been on bench for 2 years and non billable role for q year still haven't gotten rs. 1 increment. CTC got increased with a big change in salary structure resulting decrement in take home salary. The management literally has big flaws. They think bout hiring from outside rather their than using their in hose talents even if there are experienced people siting on bench. No chance of changing technology. Even if you get selected I. A different BU your current BU head isn't going to give you a release. I work on Sundays for project timezone but never received Sunday payouts. Capgemini had a good team culture and I enjoyed working there as I had the opportunity to climb up my carrer ladder.Ofcourse the managers arevthere to help at time of emotional or mental crisis.I applaud such managers and for being at the least concerned and allowing the employee to make their desicion.

irrespective of few managers and good work culture the office politics affect and the favourism had shown its own effect on me.when I mentioned about manager I was not comfortable or willing to work with.My requestz were not met due to deadlines.I respect that but not at the cause of repeated requests and at some point I understood the office politics

They won't even give good feedback about us for joining in new company. They will ruin every chance of ur career. Think multiple times before joining. Incompetent leaders
