Branded MNC & learnt alot of skills, and mainly experience is valuable(as it's a branded MNC)for more promotion jobs in future.

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.

Capgemini believes in work life balance. We used to have furloughs. Otherwise also tasks were not rushed. Sufficient time was given for each task. In case the task required to be hurried, time was later given to relax, before starting a new task. Trainings were good and knowledgeable. You were never denied leaves, provided you applied atleast 45 days in advance, for long leaves. Otherwise also managers and team leads were good and understanding. As mentioned, job stability was not there. Once you are out of a project and HRs are not showing enough interest to get you interviews for new projects, you should understand that the company wants you to quit. You would immediately understand this shift in behaviour, once you are out of a project and no one contacts you for next three weeks.

Just cafeteria is good. Capgemini is very reputable company in cat A. I had a dream to work in mnc company.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. Promotions and hikes are based on favoritism and not on your work. Howmuch ever you work it isn't appreciated. Not even acknowledged. Micro management is on different level in here. Here there is no such thing called work life balance. You should treat your work is life.

It offers good work life balance but it depends on the project. If you are into support, you will have lot of time to upskill and switch.

Management sucks. But it depends on the project. I had 3 years of good management where promotions and appreciation were on par but when a new manager joined, the project turned upside down, no hike, no promotions, no appreciations, they dont value us and puppet of higher management.

Nothing is likable in this company. It's my worst decision to join this company.

No promotion or hike, useless mandatory trainings with longest hours sometimes even more than your deliverables, They ask to come to office but have no parking space so you will have to park your vehicle almost over 1km and walk from there, most expensive cafes where even shevpuri costs 40rs, no good food options, they force to learn new things but don't give any chance to actually implement those even after asking for years. It was very good earlier when it got .erged Kanbay with Capgemini.. but now a days it is not doing good at all.. especially the revision, new logos or NO new positions at offshore or onsite not at all. Not sure what is happening cross.. however it is good to look into salary revision.. specially for long termers... Hope things will move positively in 2025 Tleast ..

Not a good move for old termers for salary revision.. still in lower brackets.. can see lot of attrition due to this.. also not hybrid for few clients which hits again attprition.....
