A feedback is a feedback. It's just what others have received. The OPS leadership uses offensive language against their team, their way of handling a team is not good, and sad to say My team(HR) does not get into these kind of discussions as they didn't want to take dirt on their hands
45 hours of mandatory login, even if you worked for 44 hours 59 mins there will a question raised why didn't you not work 1 min last week you'll have to extend and work.
