Joining Capgemini as a fresher is one of the biggest mistakes I've made. The company is highly inefficient and inconsiderate towards its own employees, and actively involved itself in tactics to appease prospective clients at the cost of prospective employees/candidates. Thoroughly disappointed.
Culture, which is rife with heavy politics. The pay structure is one of the poorest in IT service sector. The company also scores low in empathy towards employees and is highly bureaucratic, hence processes are slow and inefficient.

Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.

As of now only Hybrid mode attracts me but seems they will ask for fully work from office soon
Very less increment. Management false commitment makes employee unsatisfied. Too much risky company for Subcons. No negotiation on your notice period when you put papers, permanent employees need to serve 3 months but while joining they will ask you to join immediately.
