Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Am working with quero 360,as tester. Never ever work with/under quero 360 degrees team as tester, all leads and 3 program managers are like bed bugs who will suck ur day and life with zero growth.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Am with liquid hub which is merged to capgemini and now quero 360, don't take the projects from quero 360 as testing plat form, no proper methodology is followed.
