To be honest..i didn't enjoyed my tenure while working here.

Dislikes

People here were very toxic, non corporative and didn't helped me to gain experience and exposure. The manager was manipulated by the senior employee and they all came together and forced me to resign. Overall a horrible experience at an MNC.

When you are in any struggle management people won't help you. HR's think they own the company when you ask any doubts they won't clarify it , you have to be manager puppet to get a promotion.

Poor Appraisals(All depends on the project and how good is your rapport with your Manager). If you are released from a project then they force you to choose any project that is available whether it is relevant to your profile or not. Too much politics at management level.

Here is lots of politics.no work balance, managers from Bangalore and Hyderabad are very rude and distructive in mindset.losts of harassment is here with female and gents employee. Ask for extra work out of shift.

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.
