It was very good earlier when it got .erged Kanbay with Capgemini.. but now a days it is not doing good at all.. especially the revision, new logos or NO new positions at offshore or onsite not at all. Not sure what is happening cross.. however it is good to look into salary revision.. specially for long termers... Hope things will move positively in 2025 Tleast ..
Not a good move for old termers for salary revision.. still in lower brackets.. can see lot of attrition due to this.. also not hybrid for few clients which hits again attprition.....

There's nothing in Capgemini except dirty politics. Talent doesn't get recognised until you are pleasing your bosses and satisfying their ego
A lot of dirty politics. Senior people treat this organisation as their own family business. Capgemini talks about values and ethics but none cares. There's ethics team who never works. It's all show off. None cares fair treatment, equal opportunity and other ethics. Never join Capgemini if you are good with your work but can't do any sort of buttering

Working culture is good. Very very few people are genuine. Skill development opportunities are really excellent. You can manage work life balance very well.
Vertical is as per technology not as per domain (which other organization have). Service line leadership fighting with each other. No robust process for performance rating. Still using bell curve. Had to learn and deliver 5-6 new technologies/scripting languages in first 4 months. Pathetic managers and higher management, full of micromanagement, has software oriented hours monitoring in laptop. Lots of work pressure, burnout, no work life balance.
