Freshers as well as experienced people dont have any consent whatsoever, even developers are made to do copy paste and translation work and are sent to different location without any consent, when someone raises a voice he is sent on a worst role with the worst micro management teams with time crunch deadlines and no appraisals for next year.

Work Details

Its not hectic until you have work, it means all the work is hectic not because of the type of work, just because people dealing with the stakeholders have no clarity whatsoever so after the process is half done they make it redo again and again.
