I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. Work life balance is good, leave easily approved, Offices are very well standard and facilitate mostly mumbai and Bangalore office. Various projects you can switch your skills or add on.

Branded MNC & learnt alot of skills, and mainly experience is valuable(as it's a branded MNC)for more promotion jobs in future.

No job security. 60-70% protocols for termination, even if u work hard, if you can't do showoff infront of your manager, in her mind she thinks you don't have knowledge.

No Hikes, No Promotions. Top Leadership is Old. They don’t understand the changing trends. They have not changed their mindset with the time. If you are lucky you may get some good project otherwise you will struggle.

This company is worst in all the criterias listed above. I lost my job due to company politics & no support from the leadership/senior management when I was critically ill. The seniors never support you in the critical times and they play politics in order to get you out of the company. Girish Gulati Prabhat Goswami Snehasis Roychowdhury Apoorva Khanna These three ruined my career and life.

Salary is bad, be prepare to work on nearly the same salary at which you join, for ever. Old timer Kanbay employees holding most of the senior positions and won’t let other more deserving employees to rise, lot of politics for promotions etc. don’t stay for more then 1-2 years even if you join.
