It offers good work life balance but it depends on the project. If you are into support, you will have lot of time to upskill and switch.

Dislikes

Management sucks. But it depends on the project. I had 3 years of good management where promotions and appreciation were on par but when a new manager joined, the project turned upside down, no hike, no promotions, no appreciations, they dont value us and puppet of higher management.

Nothing is likable in this company. It's my worst decision to join this company.

No promotion or hike, useless mandatory trainings with longest hours sometimes even more than your deliverables, They ask to come to office but have no parking space so you will have to park your vehicle almost over 1km and walk from there, most expensive cafes where even shevpuri costs 40rs, no good food options, they force to learn new things but don't give any chance to actually implement those even after asking for years. There is job security if you are performing average or above average too. The mentality/ culture of company is of service based. so as long as you have project , you are safe obiously but even if you are not on project then also you will enough oppurtunity to save your poaition.

In terms of salary and promotion , management says they doea not have anything in their hand. After covid they sets mind of employee of low to no incrwment. even if your project is doing well then also you wont have a good increment or in some cases low increment too.

There is under staffing managers forces employees to do extra hour Shifts. Logging on weekends. There is no overtime payment policy. 1 person is tasked to do 2 persons work, also there is no increment in salary.

Geetanjali, Ashish Sharma, Padmini, etc. neither have done any pure play management consulting projects themselves nor have a clue on how to run the team. You will eventually end up in a IT AMS services role as a PM/PO, BA or Scrum master.

If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma.
