Salary is not as per market standards. They do not provide you any reason for providing you hike and promotion , the management take the decision , the reason for the decision making on what hike to give a person remains unknown . Cannot leave a project , you would have to quit the job or face a lot other repercussion in the process of leaving a project voluntarily . No flexibility in that sense. . Cannot change your domain . Company is full of politics . No other perks , no benefits , the medical insurance policy is also not good ( any claim is bound to be rejected ) . The work culture is not good. They want machine not human and forced to extend like anything and there are incidents happened that some people got offer letter but still HR cancelled their joining which is where shocking.

Nothing is good. Full of politics, favouriteism and feminisms. If anyone joining this company then beware of some people like, ehtesham akhtar, sudeb banerjee, pinaki ghosh, hardik vadalia, kishore sharma. Capgemini was the first company that I have started my career as Manual Functional Tester and the team was very supportive in every project and I must shout that IT helpdesk was very supportive and Cooperative if there is any issue raised like they follow up each day until it's done. I like the work-life balance in Capgemini, basically work depends on every project requirements.

Very less increment. Management false commitment makes employee unsatisfied. Too much risky company for Subcons. No negotiation on your notice period when you put papers, permanent employees need to serve 3 months but while joining they will ask you to join immediately.
