It's aa good workplace and I like the project as a fresher I learnt lot of things in the Capgemini which are helpful for me in future

Just one thing as a location which we work but as per the client they ask us to shift it's not company one but it will be good if we get nearest office form our place as a base location

I am in Finance and haven't seen much work pressure here. They have more than enough FTEs to perform activites. Job security is good. Hybrid mode structure is there so one is not forced to come to office everyday.

Dislikes

For Fresher they have special bond in offer letter of 2 lacs if someone leave the organisation before years they have to pay training expenses of 2lacs. They also provide 50k of retention bonus after 2 years which is fully recoverable if you leave within one year of payout. CTC Structure of Capgemini very misleading and disappointing. For simple things they simply terminate an employee they didn't even give one single chance to prove, they don't care about their employees (who worked hard for the company growth)future simply terminate. And on yip of it there were no hikes.

The EPIP campus is well maintained and we have lots of stall for lunch, that's the good point. And we have good seating arrangements there.

No proper hike or promotion. Appraisals are very low even after promotion and In my project I have still not received any benifits like outing, dinner etc....

Capgemini higher management is very useless. Capgemini management do not have any experience in handling engineering and research and development business. Altran and Aricent management was good well capable person to handle E R&D projects.

Here in capgemini we have good RNR ( Rewards and recognition policy) You should make your visibility whether you work or not. Visibility is very much important. WFH depends on your manager.
